These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 111beet ("111beet", "we", "our", "the Platform"). 2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is strictly permitted to hold one active account on 111beet. Duplicate accounts — defined as any additional account created by the same individual, whether using the same or different registration details — are prohibited. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. 111beet will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, provided that reasonable steps are taken to restore service promptly.

8.2 Force Majeure

111beet is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet service outages, third-party payment processor failures, regulatory interventions, or other force majeure events.

8.3 Disputes

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your 111beet account or a specific transaction, you should contact the support team in the first instance via live chat or at support@111beet.net. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered, you may escalate the matter in writing, and a senior member of the 111beet team will review the case. 111beet's decision following escalation review is final in respect of operational and platform matters.

8.4 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency arising from a translation of these Terms into any other language, the English version shall prevail.

8.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
